ISF was founded in 2003 and offering courses from grades 1 to 12 with immersion in Putonghua and English that provide students with a diverse education environment. In 2015, a kindergarten was established and a balanced set of teaching materials was designed. The core values of ISF are eight virtues + one: loyalty, respect, compassion, love, harmony, balance, courtesy, etiquette and wisdom.
